Refund Policy
No refunds are available for the Certification.

The Certification was developed solely for your personal use and may not be reproduced for publication or for the personal or commercial use of others without permission.
You may utilize the skills that you learned during the Certification to serve your clients and business, but you may not use the Certification materials as the basis for any other program in which you offer training to other business owners.
YOUR MEMBERSHIP AND ACCESS TO DIGITAL PRODUCTS
To access your Digital Products, you will receive a login to the FASTer Way Portal via email. This login is personal to you only. Sharing your login information is strictly prohibited.
CERTIFICATION
Upon completion of the Digital Products, you will complete your certification exam to show you have successfully completed the Certification programming. Upon successful completion of the Certification Exam, you may state that you have been certified through the Certification.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
The Website was developed strictly for informational purposes. You understand and agree that you are fully responsible for your use of the information provided on the Website. TMS makes no representations, warranties or guarantees. You understand that results may vary from person to person. TMS assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in the Website.

Unless otherwise stated, TMS owns the intellectual property and rights to all content and material on the Website. Subject to the license below, all intellectual property rights are reserved.
